Research Abstract

真核細胞の遺伝子発現制御の特徴であるヌクレオソームを鋳型とした様々な制御機構に関して、ヒストンの化学修飾制御からヌクレオソーム構造変換制御に至る過程の仕組みを三次構造レベルで明らかにした上で、化学修飾に関してはスケールフリーネットワーク構造であることを示し、ヌクレオソーム構造変換制御に関してはヒストン点変異体解析を通して様々な素反応を機能的に解析した。
