Research Abstract

FLASH/casp8ap2の解析を行い、FLASH の発現抑制によって、細胞周期のS 期進行が停止しすること、FLASHはARS2(arsenite resisitant protein 2)という分子と会合し、ARS2の発現抑制によっても、細胞周期のS期進行が阻害されることを示した。さらに、FLASHの細胞周期進行活性は、ARS2 との会合によって媒介されていることを明らかにした。
