| Research Abstract |
本研究では、これまで開発してきた4塩基コドンなどを用いたタンパク質の部位特異的二重蛍光標識法をさらに発展させることで、タンパク質の立体構造やその変化をFRETにより解析する手法の確立を行なった。実際に、マルトース結合タンパク質などについて基質結合に伴う立体構造変化のFRETを用いた検出や、二重標識に有用なN末端特異的な非天然アミノ酸誘導体の導入法、高効率アンバーサプレッサーtRNAの開発などを達成した。
