| Research Abstract |
アセトン・ブタノール(ABE)発酵について、システム発酵学的アプローチを行った。すなわち、(1) 非増殖系菌体を用いた酪酸からのWhole cell catalyst プロセスによるブタノール生産システムを開発し、高速高効率ブタノール生産システムの構築を行った。
(2) 構築した動的モデルによる様々な代謝解析を行い、ブタノール高生産に関与する代謝経路を特定し、最適な培養システムの構築を行った。
