Research Abstract

シロアリ腸内に高密度で生息する原生生物(単細胞の真核生物)と腸内細菌の大半を占める原生生物の細胞共生細菌は、腸内全体の代謝のほとんどを担うと考えられ、これらの細胞レベルでの共生機構を解明し、シロアリ共生微生物群によるバイオマス資源の効率的な利用について理解する。
