Research Abstract

Listeria monocytogenes (リステリア菌)は, 食中毒細菌で, 低温増殖性であることから今後, 大規模な食中毒発生の懸念がある。本菌を迅速に検出し, 効果的に制御する必要があるので, 食品と環境から分離されたリステリア菌合計192 株の遺伝子解析を行い, 遺伝子型と病原性の強さとの関係を調べ, リアルタイムPCR を用いたサイクリングプローブ法により, 病原性と推定される菌株を特異的および簡易迅速に検出する方法を開発した。
