| Research Abstract |
近年、本申請者の研究グループでは、複数の有害・有毒プランクトンについて高度多型を有するマイクロサテライトマーカーの開発に成功し、各種個体群の遺伝的多様性などについての解析を進めてきた。その結果、個体群構造は種によって大きく異なることが明らかになってきた。本課題では、Heterocapsa circularisquama、Alexandrium tamarense、A.catenella(3種)の有害・有毒プランクトンについて、各個体群内における遺伝的多様性、個体群間の遺伝的類似性、遺伝的分化、地理的類縁性の検討を行い、1)遺伝子型のデーターベース化、2)遺伝子流動に及ぼす自然及び人為的要因の影響解明、3)個体群における遺伝的構造の経年変動の解明、4)種間で見られる遺伝的多様性、集団分化や遺伝子流動の程度などの差から、各種個体群の遺伝的構造に影響を及ぼす要因(生物学的要因、環境要因、人為的要因)を解明する。
