| Research Abstract |
フィジカルプランニングの立場から、農村地域の震災復旧(とりわけ重要性をもつ被害後の5年間)における農地資源及び地域景観の経時的変化を調査し、復旧過程における経時的課題を整理すると共に、長期的な復旧対策の必要性を明らかにした。また、復旧過程における経験知を災害対応マニュアル「農業・農村震災対応ガイドブック2009」として纏め、各農政局・都道府県・新潟県内市町村の関連行政窓口担当者に、参考資料として配布した。
