| Research Abstract |
皮膚アレルギーである蚊アレルギーの痒みに膜リン脂質代謝物リポキシンA_4(LXA_4)が関与することを明らかにした。LXA_4が感作マウスにのみ痒み様反応を引き起こすことから、感作状態でのLXA_4の作用機序を解析し、LXA_4受容体(LXR)の発現しているCD4陽性T細胞に作用し、プロテアーゼの遊離を増加し、これがプロテアーゼ活性化受容体2を刺激してアレルギー性の痒みが生じるものと推論した。
