| Research Abstract |
Quantitative PCR and reporter gene system showed that the stimulation of CD81 on cell surface of SW982 cells directly induced the expression of synoviolin. When siRNA of CD81 introduced into the joints of RA-model rats, this siRNA teageting CD81 ameliorated RA in these rats.
