Research Abstract

(1)N型糖鎖合成異常症の診断解析によりN型糖鎖CDGの我が国における頻度と病型を明らかにする。
(2)O型糖鎖異常症解析に適したO型糖鎖含有糖タンパク質の探索を行い、従来困難とされた付加部位決定の方法を確立する。さらに、バイオマーカーとしてのO型糖鎖の探索を行う。
(3)その他、糖鎖解析に関する従来の問題を解決する。
