Research Abstract |
NKG2Dリガンドはがん化やウイルス感染に伴って、細胞表面に発現される主要組織適合遺伝子複合体クラスI様分子であり、免疫系に異常細胞の存在を知らせる危険信号の働きをしている。本研究では、我々が同定した2個の新規リガンドを中心として、NKG2Dリガンドの構造、機能、病態における役割を解析した
