Research Abstract

遺伝子解析の承諾を得た2441例において既知の心筋梗塞関連73遺伝子89単塩基多型の解析を行った。レニン・アンジオテンシン系阻害薬、β遮断薬、HMG-CoA還元酵素阻害薬(スタチン)処方・非処方例における心血管事故発生率と遺伝子多型との関連を検討した結果、これら心筋梗塞二次予防薬の予後改善効果に影響を及ぼす遺伝子多型の存在が示唆され、遺伝子多型に基づいた個別医療の可能性が示された。
