Research Abstract

再生不良性貧血(再不貧)における新たな自己抗原を同定するため、造血幹細胞由来の蛋白を再不貧患者血清と反応させたところ、heterogenous nuclear ribonucleoprotein(hnRNPK)に対する抗体が同定された。この抗hnRNP抗体は自己免疫性再生不良性貧血(再不貧)で高頻度に検出されることが明らかになった。この抗体は再不貧患者の約30%に検出され、陽性患者では免疫抑制療法に対する反応性が、陰性患者に比べて有意に高かった。したがって本抗体は再不貧における免疫病態の良いマーカーと考えられた。
