Research Abstract |
In the present study, we have evaluated a role of LFA-1 in the development of EAE using LFA-1-deficient mice. We demonstrate that LFA-1plays an important role in both autoantigen-specific T cell immigration to the draining lymph nodes (dLN) and development of Th17 cells, leading to the development of EAE.
