| Research Abstract |
放射線生物学的に線量集中を可能にするために、放射線感受性に関与する分子を同定し、それら分子の局在ならびに照射前後の質的、量的変化を画像化するための基礎的研究を行ったところ、tyrosine kinaseならびにその下流に位置する分子やDNA障害部位のセンサーと考えられているH2AXフォーカス形成は放射線感受性を予知しうる候補分子となることが明らかとなった。また、生検組織の免疫組織染色でE-cadherin(CAD)とCADの負の制御因子として働いているDysadherin(DAD)の発現と放射線感受性とに相関があることも明らかとなった
