| Research Abstract |
腫瘍選択的に複製する遺伝子組み換え単純ヘルペスウイルスI型(HSV-1)を用い、特に膠芽腫に対する臨床応用が間近い第三世代のG47Δを基本骨格として、外来遺伝子を組み込んだ「武装」HSV-1 を開発した。IL-12+IL-18 やIL-23 を発現するHSV-1 は免疫を介して抗腫瘍効果が格段に増強した。ルシフェラーゼ発現型は、生体外から分布や体内動態を解析するのに有用であった。G47Δはまたグリオーマ幹様細胞に対して高い殺細胞作用を呈した。
