| Research Abstract |
肥満妊婦では脂肪細胞の肥大化とM1 macrophageの浸潤増加を介したadipokines の発現が変化し、インスリン抵抗性が増大することが示された。高脂肪食負荷による肥満妊娠マウスモデルでも、同様の変化が内臓脂肪、皮下脂肪両者において生じており、骨格筋におけるGLUT-4 遺伝子発現が低下していた。抗酸化物質であるthioredoxin-1 過剰発現マウス(Tg)では、胎盤におけるglucocorticoid 代謝活性化を介してGLUT-1 発現が亢進し、胎仔発育が促進した。このTgマウスは成獣期に膵臓β細胞の機能低下を伴う耐糖能低下を認めた。
