Research Abstract

現在の不妊治療においては着床不全の診断および治療方法を確立する事が求められている。現在血中プロゲステロンレベルおよび超音波下における子宮内膜の厚さの測定によって、子宮内膜の着床能は評価されている。しかしながら、これらパラメーターに問題がなく、明らかな問題がなくても妊娠に至らない症例があまりに多い。生化学的手法による機能の評価はその即時性にどうしても問題があり、臨床上の方針決定に用いることが困難である。そこで生理学的な手法を用い、低侵襲にリアルタイムに子宮内膜の着床能を前方的に評価して、その周期の治療方針に反映する事ができるようなパラメーターとシステムの開発を行った。
