Research Abstract

近年, 癌治療における薬剤, 遺伝子の有効性を高める方法として, ナノスケールの運搬体を利用して病巣に選択的に薬剤および遺伝子を送達することを目的とするターゲティング型DDS(Drug Delivery System)が注目を集めている. 我々は, 医療用に用いられる程度の出力の超音波と造影剤であるナノバブルを併用することにより, 癌細胞や癌組織に遺伝子や薬剤を導入する技術を見出し, 癌の特異的分子標的治療法の実現に向け多くの知見を得ることができた.
