Research Abstract |
Upon entering nursing school, Japanese nursing students are already sophisticated users of various digital technologies and manuals. They typify 'Generation Y'. Their identified learning needs were: writing reports, scholarly discussion and web-site materials for nursing skills. Providing these materials decreased students' learning difficulties. The next step is to develop learning strategies to promote critical thinking processes that include trial and error learning.
