| Research Abstract |
訪中した時の資料収集の過程で、未見の甲骨片拓本約300件を発見し、日本に持ち帰ることができた。
この資料は3冊に分かれているが、中巻に書名と編者の記述があり、それぞれ『甲骨刻辞』、「〓県馬衡秀水唐蘭類」とある。この拓本集は、上記の二名が関わっている資料であることが署名から確認できるのであるが、馬衡が保管していた甲骨の拓本をとり、出版しようとしていた資料である疑いが高い。ただし、拓本集の書名である『甲骨刻辞』という著書は、現在でも出版されていない。この甲骨片は、北京の故宮博物院あるいは、馬衡が考古学を始めることになった北京大学に収蔵されていると想像される。故宮博物院や北京大学所蔵の甲骨資料と拓本資料を比較し、所在を確認して、来歴等を明らかにする。
