Research Abstract |
We consider a basic hypothesis that liquidity among social strata contributes to reduction of chronic poverty by focusing attention on the social network the poor possess in Metro Manila and Davao City. Our conclusion is as follows : The poor in Metro Manila can promote such liquidity by utilizing their own social network while those in Davao City still find difficulties in such a process.
