Research Abstract

心臓のような3次元空間において、剛粘性を持つ物体の表面の動きを分類する手法を画像理解の手法、非線形偏微分方程式理論、最適化問題による手法を融合して開発した。すなわち、N次元ユークリッド空間で定義された濃度分布の微小運動としてのオプティカルフローを定義した。さらに、ナーゲル=エンケルマンの拘束式の一般の次元への拡張を導くと共に、この制約式と対をなす新たな拘束を定義した。また、ホーン=シャンクの拘束式、ナーゲル=エンケルマンの拘束式、新しい拘束式、すべての場合に収束する差分スキームを導出した。そして、3つの手法による解を比較し、新しい制約条件に基づく手法は3次元物体の運動境界での接平面にそった運動を抽出できることを示した。
