Research Abstract

傷害時ミクログリアに発現誘導されるCX3CR1の機能を検索するため、CX3CR1(-/-)マウスを用い、実験的神経因性疼痛モデルを作製し免疫組織学的に検索した。ミクログリアはワイルド(WT)と同様に脊髄後角第2層に浸潤した。WT群では有髄線維のミエリン接着貪食像が観察されたが、KOではその割合は減少した。CX3CR1はミクログリアの浸潤には関与せず、浸潤後の有髄軸索ミエリンの接着取り込みの調整への関与が示唆された。
