| Research Abstract |
本研究では、1年目にラクナ梗塞モデルを完成させ、2年目にそのモデルを再生医療への応用を検討する事を目標とした.ミニブタラクナ梗塞の作製に成功し,その応用への前段階としてGFP遺伝子導入ブタの脳内におけるGFP発現を確認した.また,脳細胞の増殖部位確認も個体レベルで確認し,再生医療への応用に大きく踏み出した.
