Research Abstract

マスト細胞が即時型アレルギー応答だけではなく、自然免疫応答や獲得免疫応答に広く関与していること(Galli SJ et al. Nat Immunol, 6 : 135, 2005)に着目し、ウイルス感染や癌免疫応答におけるマスト細胞の役割を、マスト細胞欠損マウス(WBB6F1-W/Wv, Wsh/Wsh)にウイルス感染やNK細胞を活性化させる薬剤を投与して正常マウスと比較することにより行った。
