| Research Abstract |
♀DDD×♂DH-Dh/+F_1雄Dh/+マウスに生じる多因子性肛門直腸奇形症に関与する独立3遺伝子座(1番、X、およびY染色体上)における原因遺伝子を同定すべく遺伝解析を行った。結果的に、候補遺伝子Gli2, Midl, Sryらには、塩基配列上特別な変異は見出せず、候補遺伝子からは除外された。しかしながら、本研究のために樹立した17系統のY染色体コンソミック系統を用いることにより、Dhが雄の生殖機構に果たす役割などが解明され、精巣重量・性決定などの解析に成果を得た。
