| Research Abstract |
本研究により、管腔内を移動する内視鏡のビデオ映像から精度の高い立体情報を抽出する新しい手法が確立できた。また単眼内視鏡による1枚の写像の輝度値を距離情報に変換し、視差をもつ2枚の画像を作成することで立体視を可能にする技術を開発した。また作成した画像に適当な変形を施す手法も確立した。この技術を腹腔鏡映像に応用することで、腹腔鏡手術において、術前のCT画像を変形し、腹腔鏡画像に重ねて、主要な血管などの構造物の位置を見出すナビゲーションシステムが確立できた。
