Research Abstract

細胞膜透過性を有するペプチド配列を用いた蛋白質導入法の新規技術の開発及びその応用方を目的とし,非天然アミノ酸を導入できる試薬を用いての合成法を、特に細胞膜透過配列の検討に着目し改良し、蛋白質導入効率の向上を達成した。
