Research Abstract

卵の内側の薄皮を卵殻膜といい、過去において創傷被覆材として用いられていた。卵殻膜の創傷治癒における足場としての役割及び癒着防止膜としての医用材料への可能性を評価したところ、線維芽細胞も新生血管も膜には癒着せず、創部を"分離する"という意味では感染防止に役に立ち、創傷被覆材への応用の可能性が示唆された。卵殻膜の創傷被覆材に応用ならば、固定方法の選択は広がることが示唆された。
