| Research Abstract |
健康教育による医学的評価尺度での成果とそのプロセスを調査する目的で, 糖尿病における予防や治療としての生活習慣指導(健康教育)の効果を検討した. その結果, 健康教育は糖尿病状態やQOL(生活の質)を改善させるが, その効果は必ずしも大きいものではなく, 長期的な効果についても十分な成果は得られていなかった.すなわち, 健康教育を実施するという費用(人, 時間, 労力等)に見合うだけの効果があるかどうかについては, 今後も十分な検証が必要であることが確認された.
