大学(院)における「職業倫理教育」のモデル・プログラム-1期15回分の授業資料(倫理学の基礎理論、企業・組織倫理の主要課題に関する諸理論と基礎文献、組織における意思決定理論とその適用、倫理綱領の構成要素と構造、失敗事例に関するケース・スタディなどを含む講義資料、講読用文献資料、意思決定分析シート等)-を開発した。併せて、各種企業や官庁等の組織におけるコンプライアンス体制に関するヒアリング調査を実施した
