Research Abstract	富山湾の漁港海水から,油分解菌Ud-4を新規に単離し,Acinetobacter属と同定した。本菌は,重油,工業油,食用油を効率よく分解でき,重油中のn-アルカンと食用油中の油脂を分解するために,それぞれの分解酵素遺伝子であるalkMとlipAを持っていた。鉱物油と食用油を効率よく分解できる細菌に関する研究報告は初めてであり,本菌は様々な油汚染環境の修復に利用できる有用な微生物であることが示唆された。
