| Research Abstract |
本研究においてはタンパクの立体構造の精密予測を目標として、まずタンパク立体構造形成部位の位置や構造形成にかかわるアミノ酸の予測を試みるものである。研究期間において、タンパクにおけるアミノ酸間平均距離統計に基づくコンタクトマップ(平均距離図、Average Distance Map)などを用い、グロビンや免疫グロブリン結合タンパクといったタンパクの実験結果と予測結果を詳細に比較・精査を行い本研究の有効性を示すことができた。
