極小論に基づく音韻部門での表示と普遍原理の研究

Research Abstract

平成21年度研究実施計画に従い、新たに考案した音韻範疇(弁別素性や音節構成素等)および韻律構造(音節やフット等)を用いて、極小論の立場から、音韻部門と調音・知覚システム(articulatory-perceptual systems)との関係を解明した。具体的には、音韻部門と調音・知覚システムとの間に、派生中間レベルを一切仮定しない直接的転写モデルを構築し、音韻現象の分析を通してその妥当性を示した。
平成21年度に得られた様々な研究成果は英語でまとめられ、国内外の学会で発表された。具体的には、スペイン・イベリア音声学・音韻論学会(PaPI)(平成21年6月ラスパルマス大学)、日本音韻論学会音韻論ファーラム2009(平成21年8月神戸大学)、英国言語学会(LAGB)(平成21年9月エジンバラ大学)、第1回外国語学習・教育国際学会(FLLT 2009)(平成21年10月タイ・サンマサート大学)、CUNY音韻論ファーラム(平成22年1月米国ニューヨーク市立大学)等において報告された。
