| Research Abstract |
研究代表者および研究分担者は、研究課題に掲げた諸問題について、現行法の内容・問題点・改正の要否を詳細に検討した上で、包括的に改正の提案をまとめ、公表した。また、検討過程および提案内容の詳細および背景については、2009年度中にその解説という形で公表される。この成果は、今後、本格化することが予想される民法(債権法)改正作業の基礎となることが期待されるものである。
