Research Abstract	(1)フランス民法典の親権に関する法律を、2000年後の改正を分析すること。特に共同親権の行使に注目している。 (2)フランス民法典の後見に関する新たな法律改正について、その改正の動向を分析すること。 (3)これらの改正を担い、子や成年被後見人の保護をになう、法曹の役割を探求すること。 (4)親権法と後見法を一体的にとらえることの意味を探求し、日本法への改正の際の提言をなすこと。
