| Research Abstract |
(1)先進国から発展途上国への援助フローに関するプロジェクト・レベルのデータを整理し、国別配分および分野別配分を調査する。
(2)援助とその成果を分析するための理論モデルを開発し、望ましい援助の国別配分および分野別配分を導出する。
(3)援助のデータから得られた現実の配分やドナーの援助政策について、理論モデルに基づいて評価する。
