| Research Abstract |
本研究では, 意志決定にともなう外部性の内部化, 活性化への取り組みに参加するインセンティブ, 中心市街地のクラブ財化など, 経済理論的な視点から中心市街地の抱える具体的諸課題を検証し, 分析結果を得た。また, 駅前再開発が中心市街地に及ぼす効果, 最寄り性と買い回り性のバランスの取り方, 保有資源や商圏規模に応じた活性化のあり方について各都市の地域固有の要因に応じた考察結果を得た。
