| Research Abstract |
本研究課題は金融制度としての信託制度に関する検討である。より具体的には、信託の金融仲介機能に関する研究代表者の従来の研究成果を基礎として、信託制度の機能と発展過程について金融制度論の視角から理論的に考察することを意図している。とりわけ信託におけるモラルハザードと信託制度によるその抑止に着目し、これに即して信託制度の形成・発展を捉えるとともに、信託の金融仲介機能に対する信託制度の効果と金融システムにおける信託制度の機能について考察することに重点を置く。
