| Research Abstract |
ダイムラー社、クルップ社(現テュッセンクルップ)というドイツを代表する大企業をケース・スタディとして取り上げ、企業歴史文書館に所蔵された一次資料を分析することにより、ドイツ企業が大企業へと発展する過程において、いつ頃いかにしてホワイトカラー職員層を生み出し、企業の技術系・商業系・管理系の担い手を養成ないし調達してきたかについて、職業教育・学歴・キャリア形成の点から明らかにした.
