Research Abstract |
This study aims to development of prescriptive studies on organizational norms, referring to interdisciplinary studies on norms. I investigated three research themes : (a) constructive studies on whistle-blowing ; (b) empirical and constructive studies on followers' acceptance of leader's norm ; (c) theoretical studies on meta-norms about spontaneity. The results show importance of followers' agency on evolution of organizational norms.
