| Research Abstract |
「従業員のチームワークの質の高さ」と「他企業との協働」といった、経済主体間の関係性のパターンの実態を分析し、日本企業が経済主体間の協働を重視し、それを促進する経営実務が行われていることを解明した。そして、管理会計が経済主体間の協働を損なわないように、現場においては原単位管理を重視していること、他企業との協働においては長期的で互恵的な関係を維持できるように会計情報の共有を重視していることを明らかにした。
