| Research Abstract |
The characteristics of informational behavior is shown in the area of Internet community and communication. The online community is constructed by plural levels and strata. I explained it from the viewpoint of Contextuality. It includes both position and flow. It is defined that one of the steady states of the context corresponds to any community. The sympathetic vibration among the people and their communication affects the social relations and sustains them continuously.
