| Research Abstract |
筋萎縮性側索硬化症(以下、ALS)患者のなかで、コミュニケーションが困難になりながら主体的な生活を確保し社会参加を実現している人々がいる。一方、他者とのコミュニケーションを制限された中で生活している、あるいは人工呼吸器の選択すらできずに亡くなっていく人々がいる。どうすれば人工呼吸器を装着した後の長期生活をより良いものにできるのか。本研究では、ALS 患者の縦断調査を実施し、ALS 患者のより良い生活の実現に寄与する要因を抽出した。
