Research Abstract

セルフヘルプ・フォーカシングとしてつぼイメージ・フォーカシングと風景天気法フォーカシングの教示と体験を検討し、セルフヘルプ技法としてかなり有効であることが示唆された。特に風景天気法フォーカシングに注目し、風景天気法フォーカシングよる風景天気図の評定尺度(風景天気図尺度VMS、3因子)を作製し、風景天気図からフォーカシング体験の効果を検討すると、2回目の風天図では感情性、漸進性、力動性が促進していた。
