| Research Abstract |
本研究では従来手薄であった化学的視点からの藍関連教材として、藍の乾燥葉を水で抽出し、得られた抽出物に市販の検査薬などを用いて、植物としての藍が持つさまざまな生理活性物質の存在を理解する方法を考案した。こうした化学的な方法に加え、歴史的な視点として、古くから津軽地方で藍がお茶として引用されたこと、あるいは近代以降、薬としても用いられたことについても、発掘した資料に基づいて教材化を行った。
