Research Abstract	本研究は、北欧(スウェーデン)で試みられている(クリティカル・)アクション・リサーチを検討し、日本の小学校教師と共同でクラスや教科の現状に合う方法を考案し、実施し、教員研修のプログラムを開発することを目的とするものである。教育実習と現職教員の研修プログラムにアクション・リサーチを入れるために、試験的にアクション・リサーチを実施し、検討する。
