Research Abstract

離島におけるエネルギー確保のために自然エネルギーを活用するための技術ならびに利用技術教育に関して研究を行った。先ず自然エネルギーを電力系統に大規模導入するためには電力負荷需要に応じて発電電力を制御する必要がある。本研究では、オブザーバを用いて負荷需要を推定し、その需要に応じて風力発電機の発電電力を制御することにより電力系統を安定化する手法を開発した。これらの技術により自然エネルギーの利用技術教育が可能となる。
